This is all terribly boring.
Things to try:
- Electrostim, starting 1x a day and moving to 2x a day.
- More water: start at 1 liter, move to 2, ultimately 3.
- Try magnesium before bed, in supplements or in pepitos.
- Eat more: sweet potatoes.
- Try ginger tea: cubes of ginger in hot water for 5 min.

--figure out what shaped container is the easiest to drink out of (I occasionally use a cup/glass, but usually stick with BPA-free bottles with sports caps or wide mouths)
--use a big container (my 16 oz Vapur is too small, so I carry two; 1 liter is a better size if you can find the right container.
--if you're really having trouble getting enough in you, try soda water. One liter of mandarin orange soda water goes down me in a flash.
--always have a full container of water around. I usually have two.
--I carry a 3 liter bottle of water in my car so I can refill the one I carry in my bag.
