For various reasons, which I'm not going into, I need to change jobs. I need to get out. I would appreciate any kind of good mojo you guys can offer: prayers, energywork, a simple good thought. I've needed to take this step for a long, long time.

(OMG, I just applied for a job that puts me on level with my boss, pays more and yet involves less work than my current. *cross fingers*)
