This is all terribly boring.



Things to try:
- Electrostim, starting 1x a day and moving to 2x a day.
- More water: start at 1 liter, move to 2, ultimately 3.
- Try magnesium before bed, in supplements or in pepitos.
- Eat more: sweet potatoes.
- Try ginger tea: cubes of ginger in hot water for 5 min.

Yeah, same, it helps my neck and shoulders but not so much my legs.

The sweet potato is supposed to improve mood to help with pain; the pepitos are supposed to increase magnesium which is supposed to help with *looks* muscle spasm? Anyway, it's all for the fibro or the migraines.

i have yet to do any research into what foods might help ease fibro symptoms. i've had migraines and chronic tension headaches for a lot longer and i've always been slightly skeptical of any food helping or hurting my head. but the last time i tried to modify my eating habits to ease headaches i was 16 and my body has changed a lot since then and the fibro has appeared far more recently.

a long and complicated way of saying that i'd interested in knowing how the sweet potato and pepitos work for you.
