Cranky Alert-- Both Obama and the California Budget: "I am happy to wait patiently for someone to take a measured, strategic approach to getting those rights smartly. I'm okay with marriage not being the first item on that list. But if you ask me to trust that you have my best interests at heart, you have to first have earned that trust. Obama and his administration didn't have that to begin with, and so far he's done nothing but squander and toss away every opportunity he and they had to begin to build that trust."

This smartly sums up my resentment about Obama and DOMA, with an extra dash of "white GLBT folks bitching about POC voting blocks, please shut up now, thanks."
