Acupuncture notes, session 5:

It's lucky that I'm not triggered by a man leaning over me while I'm on the acupuncture table. I've been adjusted and poked and leaned on and such. Yesterday involved an unsnapped bra so J could put needles in points on my back. 5-6 needles at intersections. I normally would've been listening to everything he explained because acupuncture is interesting to me, but... yeah. I zoned. And I felt completely dizzy and unmoored while I was on the table, even when I raised my head to see.

I'm definitely taking less meds than I did before my first session. Going to 2 sessions/month soon. My wallet will thank me.
