Jeremy Sisto's amazingly bad jailbait horror movie is on youtube, starting here. He plays a goth-y serial killer, is undressed quite a lot, and looms over Alicia Silverstone. This is the movie I think of when I picture baby!AKB!Jeremy.
OMG, that movie. *facepalm* T still hasn't let me forget that movie. I'm like "oh, Jeremy's in this--" and she's like "POPULATION 436," and I'm like *abashedly give her the remote*.

There's also the Thirst, where Jeremy's accent meanders between southern and Russian, and Paranoia 1.0, which is slow and dumb as fuck but unnerving in the last few minutes. Like a cyberpunk Blair Witch?
