Yeah but then every once in awhile one of your screaming problem children actually RESPONDS to one of your efforts to get them to behave and it all feels worth it. Especially when they make you a friendship bracelet and say "I love you Ms. Loren. I'm going to try harder to listen now. I'm sorry." And then they DO. Amazing!
