I'm a Sweet Charity ho! Hi! (God help me.)

Other news: I have a tentative diagnosis for what's been going on with me. And it's a huge weight off my mind, just knowing that it's something. \o/

Another one to add to the list *g*

And Yay I'm pleased to hear that. I know it helps. *sends good thoughts for you being able to get some help for it.*

I've actually got a great chiro; he's the one who figured out what it probably is, and he knows what to do about it, and I'm so haaaaaappy.

I'm glad there is at least a tentative diagnosis, and that it's been a weight off.

*twirls you*

God, I know what you mean. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and, while that in itself isn't good, it's such a relief to know why I've been feeling so shitty for the last few months and start doing something about it.

*hugs you* I hope your something turns out to be not so bad and workable.

YES OMG. It's so nice not to be swinging wildly between 'I'm imagining it' and 'I'm going to die horribly.' *hugs* Good luck with your diabetes!

My something is actually very workable, since what I've been braced for (fibro) and what I have (chronic myofascial pain) are kissing cousins. So yays.

Knowing *is* better-less fear of what vague, awful thing it might be, more coping with the "is". That's very good to hear!Though not as relieving for us as for you, I know. *twirls you back*

Re: your Ho-ness...I thought at first that if I had a few hundred, I'd drop it on you (I NEED that pegging fic, woman!); but then I realized...you have an embarrassment of riches in WIPs. I'd go crazy trying to figure out which one to request an installment of next, 'cause I want them all and then some! *laughs*

Oh, I just started a book called 'Typhoid Mary'. Turns out it's by Anthony Bourdain, oddly enough, and it's pretty interesting so far. I'll let you know how it goes when I'm done, if you've not read that one. Yet again, the double-whammy combo of Disease + Food=Thoughts of Nilchance.

Heee Bourdain plus infectious disease! It makes me squee. (Bizarrely.) You're my hookup, baby. ;)

I don't comment often on personal posts, but I do pay attention, and I'm very relieved for you about the diagnosis.

I'm glad for your diagnosis!!! I hope it means that the med professionals in your life can help you with greater ease from now on :)

Is it thanks to the chiro?

It is thanks to the chiro, actually. He was all excited that he knew immediately what I had. I am easy! (But you all knew that.) \o/

Diagnosis++. I remember when my housemate finally got a diagnosis for her chronic pain, after years of doctors saying "it's just growing pains, get out of my office". Relief and joy and vindication. Best of luck with the treatment.
