Wrestling fandom: just when you think you've gotten out, they pull you back. Like the mafia with more spandex. It makes me more than a little verklempt that the boys still love each other, and to see the dynamics that got me into the fandom in the first place. Which is good, because that's where I met my wife beanside 11 years ago.

I was this close to getting Mania this year, but it doesn't come with Hall of Fame, plus we had to go run some errands and it had started already when we got back... but this is a happy place indeed.

Last night I'm sitting there flipping channels and I stopped on the Hall of Fame inductions. First of all HHH "Shawn was very giving when it came to comedy too. I gave him the gift of my nose he gave a mulitude of gifts including Assless Chaps and his refusal to join the Hulk Hogan Hair Club for men." Well something like that. Then they head out for the applause do the kliq sign and next thing I know it's Shawn, Sean, Hunter and Kevin doing a reenactment of the curtain call.
