Every time I see that you've updated this story I say "Yea...ouch..." This time was no different. I love what you're doing as much as it hurts to read about the pain these go through. The worst part though is that neither of them expect things to be any different, any better. By the way, the comment about how people can only take the moral high ground if they have someone less moral to look after them...gold.
