Another detail I really like is Misha does his yoga with his eyes closed. I've done this in a class before and it practically gave me a panic attack. I cannot STAND the idea of closing my eyes and surrendering my body to a room. In a room full of people I didn't know that well, I felt like at any second someone could come and push me over when I was already off balance. The image of Misha trusting his surroundings and having that inner balance... that's awesome. Plus he's the Oracle. Of course he can do his yoga with his eyes closed. *g*
