This reminds me that the donors are just as compelled as the breeders to do this: they don't have the right to refuse, they're drawn by the pheromones...and they're not all gay. Hmm, that's probably true of the breeders, too. Bad, all round.
If Maggie *is* Jensen's, then they changed her name after adoption? Or...a miscarried child survived-could they do that at 5 months? Don't think so. Hmm.
Who was Breeder 34? Where do breeders go when they're sterilized and released from their duties? Do they get to go have normal lives, as normal as it gets any more?
