"Government property"... wow, somehow I'd managed to forget that Jensen was government property between last chapter and this one, and those words slapped me in the face. This world is so fucked up. And when Jensen goes back to the Center the baby goes with him? It just disappears and becomes someone ELSE'S child, not Jensen and Jeff's? Ouch. Poor Jensen is so freaked out here and I love Jeff for trying to be so gentle. Trying to not succomb to what he WANTS to do, and instead thinks about Jensen and taking care of HIM.
Yet another great chapter. I love this series even though it makes my heart hurt a little.
