This does not include last night's dream, which was about werewolf!fic, where Jensen and Jeff are both alphas of different packs. Jensen is in heat and he doesn't want to contaminate Jeff, but he needs to be fucked. So he sprawls on the desk in his office and fucks himself with a dildo (an emergency dildo, apparently; it was in the first aid kit), while Jeff stays between him and the door to keep Jensen contained.
