(no subject)

Day 3 of migraine. Too little sleep last night, too much anxiety. I kept waking up with my heart racing, couldn't seem to get a full breath. If I didn't have some pagan meditation training, I'd have gone into a full-scale panic attack. Instead I just rolled around a lot.

My boss says I look like crap. I guess that's better than 'you look too good to be sick'?

Anyway.

I've been gathering beads and twine for an attempt at stringing my own meditation beads. 28 beads, for the time of a moon cycle. The finished product will be photographed and put up here, before I bless them in circle. Apparently T created a string for me today, using different beads to signify waxing/waning of the moon; I'm all excited to see it!

Another project: buying small spoons and creating spoon pins/pendants to remind myself (and potentially others?) to conserve some energy for themselves once work is done. T has her Dremel for that. \o/

Man, I am so medicated right now.
