Jesus, yes. I love that scene and the later one where she pumps the shotgun one-handed. One of my all time fav scenes in any movie.
That and Ripley with her big honkin space gun in Aliens, after telling Michael Biehn's character to show her all of what the gun can do, not just what he thinks she can handle.
So yes, I'm with you on some sturdier looking women on TV, women who look like they enjoy food and fucking and just life.
