I left a soulless corporation about eight years ago. During my two week notice period I had no less than three people ask me, "Do you get your soul back when you leave?"
The answer is "yes". My life is better now, though money will always be a critical problem. But my soul is free and I have time and energy for this that are truly important: me, my family, and friends.
