If the guy hasn't taken a shower within the last few hours... it's kinda stale and really strong tasting at first. Swiping the underside of your tongue of the head washes it a bit and you can't taste anything with the underside of your tongue.

What else... the side of thumb at the very tip worked well the last time I tried it... so long as the fingernail is cut blunt.
