I haven't even read this yet (I'm savoring it by making myself wait until after my kids are asleep so i don't get interrupted) but I just wanted to let you know that every time you update this, I make demented baby seal clapping with my hands, as well as noises that are outside of the audible spectrum for humans. I'm totally serious. If my husband was not out grocery shopping, he could tell you.
I read WIPs for literally two people online, and it's you and poisontaster, in this verse. No one else, no other fandom or universe. It's always, always worth waiting for, and I'm so glad that you're still writing this story. It is my total happy place. Which is... kind of a bizarre thing to say about a story that goes kinda pretty dark, but I've decided that I'm all right with that.
So this is what I wanted you to know, even before I get to read it (please go to bed babies, your mother deserves to have nice things!), and I wanted to add that this is not a plea or a nag to write more or faster or any of that stuff--I know that RL and brainfreeze and and and and all contribute to how fast something gets written or updated. I just wanted you to know that whenever you write it, however long it is between updates? When I see a post go up for this story, I am on it like a cat on a laser pointer dot. BOOM.
And... now I feel very shy about babbling so much so I'm going to go back to my quasi-lurking and try not to blush myself to death.
