I really like that we get to see this from Renee's pov and particularly this sweet interlude but shaded by what's coming--Renee, a real girl with a powerful and growing awareness of her own needs, and a much more innocent, completely romantic, and deeply in love Jensen. Only someone who was that idealistic can get that deeply bitter and undone. Oh kids!
