I confess, I really don't enjoy giving blow jobs. I mean, I will, because the recipient generally enjoys them a great deal (*g*), but it's by no means my favorite thing. (Honestly, my hand jobs are better. Penes are fun to play with!)
I have TMJ, so the whole extended-suck thing is difficult for me, especially with bigger guys. The first guy I went down on, I remember being like, "OMG, will you just please come already!" The last guy I was with preferred my hands, which was fine with me, because I could sit there and play with him and watch the expressions on his face—ahem. ANYWAY. I think, actually, that's what I dislike about blow jobs the most—that I can't *see* anything.
Probably not that helpful, sorry. I'll second that the head is the most sensitive part, and in my experience, fingers or tongue over the glans are rarely unappreciated. :)
