If the hair's too long it's a liability. If it's too short, it gets in your face. It's either got to be boy short, or long enough for a good solid pony tail, braid, or bun. It may not be as romantic as long flowing locks but it also won't get in your eyes when you're trying to shoot something.

I love Kara Thrace on Battlestar Galactica because she actually looks like she could kick someone's ass! She's got muscles, and knows how to move like a fighter, not a model. She's gorgeous, but not conventionally "pretty."

I want to see a hunter with a scar on her face! She wouldn't be ashamed of it though. She'd wear it like a badge of honor.

It's possible to be muscular and still look feminine. Hell, I'd even be grateful for a woman to be fit like a dancer on this show. Dancers have to be insanely conditioned. They're still pretty and petite, but STRONG at the same time. Give me a dancer over a model who needs to eat a cookie, anyday. See? I'm willing to compromise with the idiotic network executives. You can have your eye candy, just give me a little realism while you're at it.
