Okay, so... I'm feelin' stuck between squee and squick. Hard place to be. Delightful and creepy and all that stuff when you two are the tour guides.

*shudders* The one episode so far of SPN that I have trouble (re)watching? Is The Benders, because evil families? *eeeuuuwww* and *ick* And this one has *powers* besides!

But oh, this is gonna be good. At least as bloody creepy scary as the first story, huh? And Dean and Sam and John are in for another hell-ride. And you guys get to spend time in the heads of the evil family!

::subtly moves down the bench from you a tiny bit::

Seriously, loved the complex dynamics of the family-community you're showing here. They are a family-community, they *feel* like a family, not just a bunch of crazies bunched together to plague Our Heroes. I got a flash of Lord of Illusions (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0113690/)'s evil-family about them. But at the same time, I also had a sense of the March family, or maybe the Bennets, and ... it's like Little Women as sung by Trent Reznor. And that's a thought what makes my Addams Family (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057729/)-influenced heart go pitta-pat.

On the other hand, they can't be allowed to hurt Dean! No no no, no hurt Dean! Sammy, John - SAVE HIM!!! *whimpers quietly*

Can you tell I've been, uh, kinda waiting for this story to start showing up? Just a teensy bit?
