Yeah, sorry, I should've been more clear. Yes, 3 and 4 are set after the end of Saint of Me, where Andrew figures out what he is. In 5, Meg was actually just there on her mission to screw with John Winchester in exchange for the Colt; Jim just assumed automatically that she was after Andrew.
