Yeah, Dean's apparently got a lot of issues. More than he even said. He hinted at them, but there are some things he wouldn't say, even to Sam. Sam's got a few more new things about Dean left to slap him in the face, unfortunately.

And some things that he really didn't want to hear about choices Dean made along the way.

But forward is good.
